1. Working principle
The LNG air-cooled vaporizer is a device that uses the natural heat in the air to heat and vaporize low-temperature liquid natural gas (around -162℃) and raise its temperature to a gaseous natural gas close to the ambient temperature. LNG enters the vaporizer's heat exchange tube bundle (usually aluminum finned tubes) through pipelines. After absorbing heat from the air, it first evaporates from liquid to gas (phase change process), and then the gaseous natural gas continues to absorb heat and heat up to a temperature close to the ambient temperature. Finally, it is transported to downstream users or the pipeline network through the outlet pipeline.
2 Technical features
▲The main body is welded with low-temperature aluminum alloy by argon arc welding, and the surface is treated for anti-corrosion.
▲By absorbing natural heat from the environment to complete gasification, it usually does not require any other energy, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs and not polluting the environment.
▲Super strong beam structure.
