1. Working principle
LPG is depressurized by the pressure regulating valve on the vaporizer (usually 0.02 to 0.1Mpa) and then enters the heat exchanger composed of aluminum alloy longitudinal finned tube bundles to absorb heat from the ambient air for vaporization. After passing through the separator, it is input to the gas-consuming end.
The vaporizer should be installed in an unobstructed outdoor environment.
It is a normal phenomenon for local frosting to occur during the operation of an air-cooled vaporizer. There is no need to remove it with external force to avoid damaging the heat pipe bundle. Generally, industrial users who use gas continuously should have a spare vaporizer to work alternately to allow the vaporizer to defrost naturally.
The vaporizer is equipped with a mechanical safety valve and on-site display instruments for inlet and outlet pressure.
