1. Working principle
LPG passes through stainless steel coils immersed in warm water, absorbs the heat of the warm water, vaporizes and superheats, and is then fed into the pipeline network after passing through the gas-liquid separator.
The heat energy of the warm water is provided by a 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel electric heater, and the water temperature is automatically controlled within the working range set by the user (usually 65±2.5℃) through the cycle start and stop of the electric heater by the instrument on the electric control panel.
When the water level drops below the lower limit point set by the user, the electric heater will stop heating regardless of the water temperature to prevent dry burning. The set pressure of the safety valve on the vaporizer is 1.76Mpa. The vaporizer is equipped with on-site display instruments for water level, water temperature and LPG inlet and outlet pressure.
